I ordered a new debit card on July 18 after a fraudulent charge earlier that week. The Washougal branch representative said it would take 2-3 days to have my new debit card sent to their branch, since it was faster than getting sent to my home. After 3 days I called and the next rep said 7-10 days, okay why not say this in the beginning? It has now been 20 days and when I called IQ today I was greeted by a very rude young man who said another 2-3 days and never explained why and never apologized for the ridiculous wait. I tried IQ again later today and this time a rude woman answered and said she'd order another card oh and another 3 days!! I've never experienced such bad customer service, maybe I called too close to the weekend? Very disappointed in the bank my family has been with for 10+ years. Maybe have a customer service training for your new Lacamas employees!
